Creamy Chicken Ginger
Ingredients
- 300 gr boneless chicken (diced)
- 1 onion (diced)
- 50 gr garlic (finely chopped)
- 1 large ginger knuckle (cut into long strips)
- 5 spoon oyster sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon white pepper
- 2 tablespoon chily sauce
- 300 water
- 100 gr YUMMY Sour Cream
- cooking oil
Preperations
- Fry chicken with small amount of oil.
- Saute garlic, onion and ginger until fragrant, add chicken, oyster sauce, salt, pepper and chilly sauce until thickens, lift.
- Add sour cream and mix well. Serve with rice or boiled potato.
