Fetah Kaastangel
Ingredients
- 300 gr plain butter
- 550 gr medium protein flower
- 200 gr YUMMY Fetah Cheese Cow
- 2 eggs
- 1 egg for spread
- 50 gr cheddar cheese
Preperations
- Beat butter until fluffy, add egg yolk, mix well.
- Add in flour little by little until even. Add fetah cheese, mix well.
- Lift from container and shape to taste.
- Place kaasstengel on butter greased pan then dab with eggs. Sprinkle grated cheddar cheese on top.
- Bake in 170* C oven for 20 - 25 minutes, or until cooked.
- When cooked, let cool and place inside tightly closed jar.
