Fetah Kaastangel


Ingredients

  • 300 gr plain butter
  • 550 gr medium protein flower
  • 200 gr YUMMY Fetah Cheese Cow
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 egg for spread
  • 50 gr cheddar cheese

Preperations

  1. Beat butter until fluffy, add egg yolk, mix well.
  2. Add in flour little by little until even. Add fetah cheese, mix well.
  3. Lift from container and shape to taste.
  4. Place kaasstengel on butter greased pan then dab with eggs. Sprinkle grated cheddar cheese on top.
  5. Bake in 170* C oven for 20 - 25 minutes, or until cooked.
  6. When cooked, let cool and place inside tightly closed jar.
