  • 100 ml water

How to Cook

For the pudding

  1. Beat eggs and sugar until sugar dissolves
  2. Add fresh milk and vanilla, stir unti even
  3. pour into mold with caramel
  4. bake ( steam oven ) for 40 minutes at 180°C

For the caramel

  1. Cook water and sugar until thickens and yellow
  2. Pour into ceramic mold
