Ricotta Pudding Caramel
Ingredients

For the caramel
- 150 gr sugar
- 100 ml water
How to Cook
For the pudding
- Beat eggs and sugar until sugar dissolves
- Add fresh milk and vanilla, stir unti even
- pour into mold with caramel
- bake ( steam oven ) for 40 minutes at 180°C
For the caramel
- Cook water and sugar until thickens and yellow
- Pour into ceramic mold
