Spaghetti Bolognaise with Fetah Cheese


Ingredients

  • 1 pack spaghetti (cook in hot water and butter)
  • 50 gr onion
  • 50 ml fresh cream
  • Black peper and salt to taste
  • Basil and parsely for decoration
  • YUMMY Fetah Cheese secukupnya untuk taburan
  • Butter

Cara Memasak

  1. Saute onion until fragrant.
  2. Add cream until boiled then add spaghetti, black pepper and salt. Mix well.
  3. Pour onto plate then cover with bolognaise sauce.
  4. Sprinkle with fetah cheese

Preperations bolognaise sauce

  • 500 gr minced meat
  • 50 gr garlic (finely chopped)
  • 50 gr onion (finely chopped)
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 500 ml brown stock (Demi glace)
  • Butter
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  1. Saute garlic and onion until fragrant, then add bay leaves.
  2. Add minced meat, stir for awhile then add brown stock.
  3. Cook over small flame until thickens.

Preperations concase sauce

  • 250 gr tomato (boil for awhile, chop)
  • 25 gr onion (finely chopped)
  • 25 gr garlic (finely chopped)
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 10 basil leaves
  • 2 tablespoon tomato paste
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  1. Saute garlic, onion and bay leaves until fragrant.
  2. Then add chopped tomatoes.
  3. Add tomato paste, black pepper, sugar and basil, stir until cooked.
