Triple Chef Steak with Black Pepper Cheese Sauce
Ingredients
Steak
- 200 gr tenderloin (cut into 3 round pieces)
- 50 gr champignon mushroom
Black Pepper Sauce
- 50 gr YUMMY Black Pepper Cheese
- 25 ml fresh cream / fresh milk
- 150 gr unsalted butter
- 50 gr powdered sugar
- 1 egg yolk
- 250 medium / low protein flour (shifted)
- 1 lemon (zest)
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Preperations
Steak
- Grill steak with small amount of oil until cooked to taste. Extract.
- Saute mushroom with butter until pale.
- Place one piece of steak on a plate, then place some mushroom on top, making 3 layer.
- Pour black pepper cheese sauce on top.
Black Pepper Sauce
- Beat butter and sugar until fluffy, then add egg yolk until even.
- Add flou, baking soda, lemon, masukan tepung terigu, baking powder. Stir until even.
- Shape batter to taste.
- Bake in 180* C oven for 25 minutes.
