Triple Chef Steak with Black Pepper Cheese Sauce


Ingredients

Steak

  • 200 gr tenderloin (cut into 3 round pieces)
  • 50 gr champignon mushroom

Black Pepper Sauce

  • 50 gr YUMMY Black Pepper Cheese
  • 25 ml fresh cream / fresh milk
  • 150 gr unsalted butter
  • 50 gr powdered sugar
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 250 medium / low protein flour (shifted)
  • 1 lemon (zest)
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Preperations

Steak

  1. Grill steak with small amount of oil until cooked to taste. Extract.
  2. Saute mushroom with butter until pale.
  3. Place one piece of steak on a plate, then place some mushroom on top, making 3 layer.
  4. Pour black pepper cheese sauce on top.

Black Pepper Sauce

  1. Beat butter and sugar until fluffy, then add egg yolk until even.
  2. Add flou, baking soda, lemon, masukan tepung terigu, baking powder. Stir until even.
  3. Shape batter to taste.
  4. Bake in 180* C oven for 25 minutes.
