Breakfast Time: Benedictine Sandwich to go!

It is easy to make and prepare the night before or even early in the morning. Mix cream cheese with dill, spread it on untoasted rye, and slide on a few cucumber slices for a refreshing sandwich taste to help you kick the day!

Another to go Lunch: Beef Baguette with Mustard and Dill

Lunch should fill your stomach and help you to get through the rest of the day well. What you need is 1 large baguette, cut it into 4 pieces and split. The rest of it you can add what you like, make sure to combine protein and greens. On this recipe, first of all combine the YUMMY Cream Cheese Light with dill, mustard and pepper. The spread the mixture on the baguette, top with lettuce mix, hot beef (2 scotch fillet steaks, char grilled), carrot, tomato and pickle to make it fresh!

Classic Dinner Dish: Whipped Potatoes with Horseradish

For a dinner party, this dish can be prepared a day before. Pell the potatoes a day before then place them in a bowl of water, store in refrigerator to prevent browning. For making this dish first of all boil the potato in a large pot, add water, sea salt and gently simmer until the potatoes are tender. Drain them, then mashed using potato masher above the low heat. Add ½ cup butter into potatoes, the cream cheese, finally the horseradish. Gradually adding milk and beat the mixture until light and fluffy for 4-5 minutes. Season well with salt and pepper. You can enjoy this wonderful mashed potato with everything that suits your taste!
