1 can tuna in olive oil
1 Egg for spread.

Mix finely both the tuna and Ricotta Cheese
Put above Puff Pastry, then fold up the three, then press the sides with a fork
Place on a pan that is greased., Basting surface with beaten eggs.
Bake in the oven at a temperature of 190 * C for 25 Minutes
Remove and serve while still warm
