Ricotta Pudding Caramel

For the pudding
10 eggs
300 gr sugar
1000 ml fresh milk
250 gr YUMMY YUMMY Ricotta Cheese
1/4 teaspoon vanilla

For the caramel
150 gr sugar
100 ml water


For the pudding

Beat eggs and sugar until sugar dissolves

Add fresh milk and vanilla, stir unti even

pour into mold with caramel

bake ( steam oven ) for 40 minutes at 180°C

For the caramel
Cook water and sugar until thickens and yellow
Pour into ceramic mold
