Creamy Chicken Ginger

300 gr boneless chicken (diced)
1 onion (diced)
50 gr garlic (finely chopped)
1 large ginger knuckle (cut into long strips)
5 spoon oyster sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon white pepper
2 tablespoon chily sauce
300 water
100 gr YUMMY Sour Cream
cooking oil


Fry chicken with small amount of oil.
Saute garlic, onion and ginger until fragrant, add chicken, oyster sauce, salt, pepper and chilly sauce until thickens, lift.
Add sour cream and mix well. Serve with rice or boiled potato.
