Lamb in Yoghurt Marinade

1/2 cup YUMMY Yoghurt Natural Plain
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp red pepper (cayenne)
4 3/4 in. thick shoulder lamb chops (about 2 lb)


Mix Marinade with the lamb chops. Refrigerate at least 1/2 hour or up to 1 day.
Heat barbecue grill or ridged grill pan. Remove chops from bag; shake off excess marinade. Discard marinade.
Grill the chops 5 to 6 minutes per side for medium.
