Triple Chef Steak with Black Pepper Cheese Sauce
INGREDIENTS

Steak
200 gr tenderloin (cut into 3 round pieces)
50 gr champignon mushroom

Black Pepper Sauce
50 gr YUMMY Black Pepper Cheese
25 ml fresh cream / fresh milk
150 gr unsalted butter
50 gr powdered sugar
1 egg yolk
250 medium / low protein flour (shifted)
1 lemon (zest)
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt

PREPARATION

Steak
Grill steak with small amount of oil until cooked to taste. Extract.
Saute mushroom with butter until pale.
Place one piece of steak on a plate, then place some mushroom on top, making 3 layer.
Pour black pepper cheese sauce on top.

Black Pepper Sauce
Beat butter and sugar until fluffy, then add egg yolk until even.
Add flou, baking soda, lemon, masukan tepung terigu, baking powder. Stir until even.
Shape batter to taste.
Bake in 180* C oven for 25 minutes.
